Ebner Ebenauer

Ebner Ebenauer

Every grape has its own story, and the most beautiful stories are told by old vines.

The winery is located in a region with a Mediterranean feel. From the outside, most people have no idea what lies behind the gate on the main street in Poysdorf. But with the very first steps into the Ebner Ebenauer estate, you will be immersed in a completely different world.

The atmosphere and architecture strongly resemble Tuscany, and this is no coincidence, as Manfred Ebner Ebenauer's grandparents studied in France and Italy. After the original estate was burnt to the ground in a fire in 1945, they rebuilt it with inspiration from their life around the Mediterranean and wove in their love for this region.

A major renovation of the estate and winery was carried out again in 2012, which not only highlights Manfred and Marion's love for art and architecture but, above all, their joint efforts and the synergy of their individual energies. The Ebner Ebenauer family has immense respect for their roots but a clear vision for the future. Marion and Manfred are very well aware of the unique diversity and immense value of their soils and old vineyards.
