Polz Winery is located in one of the most favorable places for wine growing in Austria: the Styria region. The geological diversity of the soils, abundant sunshine, and well-distributed rainfall create ideal conditions for winemaking. However, the quality of the wine cannot be attributed solely to natural factors. Decades of experience, as well as uncompromisingly high quality standards, are what transform a good grape harvest into wines with their own distinct character.

The Polz family winery is characterized by manual processing of grapes and vineyards. This is a tradition that has been passed down through generations.

The wines of Polz Winery have long been appreciated beyond the borders of Austria. The vineyards remain a family business to this day, with each family member having their own role in the overall process.
