Description
Bottega PISTACCHIO liqueur is creamy, pleasantly sweet, and has a moderate alcohol content, characterized by an intense pistachio aroma. Pistachio is the fruit of a plant native to the Middle East, which now grows spontaneously on Sicily's Mount Etna volcano. They have always been known for their nutritional properties.
Pistachios, exclusively grown in Sicily, are processed using a traditional method and turned into a paste that preserves all their valuable characteristics. The paste is then expertly mixed with alcohol, water, and sugar, creating a creamy, velvety liqueur with the aroma of Sicilian pistachios. With a final touch of grappa, Pistacchio Bottega acquires a special aromatic quality, making it unique and unmistakable.
