Vineyards: Venchan village, Provadia municipality

Technology: The grapes are hand-picked into small crates and transported to a cold room.

The chilled grapes are hand-sorted, crushed, and pressed at low pressure. The purest must is clarified with cold and then decanted for fermentation.

Aging: The wine ages for 3 months on its fine lees.
