Grape Variety: Welschriesling and Sauvignon Blanc

Aroma and Taste: This blend of Welschriesling and Sauvignon Blanc stands out with its fresh minerality and perfectly balanced acidity. The wine is incredibly drinkable and can be paired with a wide variety of foods. The style is compact, with inviting aromatics and flavours of ripe white pears, peaches, and delicate exotic fruits.
Ageing: The wine is made for early consumption; it is recommended to drink it within the first few years after the harvest when it best demonstrates its excellent taste and freshness, characteristic of this style of wines from Southern Styria.
Recommended serving temperature: 8-10 C

Grape Variety and Terroir: Welschriesling, Sauvignon Blanc – a cuvée of varieties typical for Styria.
Soil: A large portion of the vineyards are located on hills of ancient sedimentary rocks, formed millions of years ago from marine deposits. The soil diversity is complemented by limestone, clay, sand, and schist. The characteristic marl soils are known in Styria as "Opok".
The wine is consumed young, within the first 2-3 years after bottling.

"Sabatini" designates a very fresh and fruity wine. A cuvée made from grape varieties typical of Styria. The grapes for this wine grow in numerous small vineyards in Southern Styria.
Climate: Warm and humid Mediterranean climate, which causes a long growing season. Cool nights influence the creation of unique aromas.
Vinification: Hand-picked, spontaneously fermented with natural yeasts.
