Table wines

They are produced from different vine varieties and can have an alcohol content of at least 7.5%. They may be a blend of varieties from different geographical areas.

Quality wines from a specific region

For these types, which are linked to a specific viticultural region or massif, the taste qualities are determined by the specifics of the geographical and climatic environment, and local winemaking traditions also play a role. For this type of beverage, the geographical region is used as a distinctive mark of quality, but it is important to comply with the requirements for guaranteeing origin. These are defined in a regulatory ordinance.

Still wines

In still wines, the carbon dioxide content is lower. This is why no bubbles or foam are formed in them. Depending on their sugar content and the concentration of titratable acids, they are divided into dry, semi-dry, sweet, and semi-sweet.

Sparkling wines

In sparkling wines, after the primary and secondary alcoholic fermentation (for natural ones) or after the addition of carbon dioxide, sparkling and effervescent types are produced. They are divided into brut, extra brut, and nature, as well as sweet, dry, and semi-dry.
